1. Orders Online

Download images, order prints etc. online and paying the postage charge at the checkout if required online is the quickest way to receive your photos and images. Photo Lab and Post Office set the postal charges for posting out items. Not all items are available to order online from the Brochure so if wanting to order Packages R U V W & Z please re-turn order back to your school

 
 

2. Orders Online FREE postage

Order please within 7 days or 5 working days of your school receiving your proof envelope and take advantage of the FREE postage available. Your order will then go back together to the School with all the other parent orders. Your school will do its very best to get proof envelope to you asap but if you are on holiday or sick and don't receive your proof envelope within this time you could sorry miss out on the FREE postage.

 

3. Orders take back to your school

Re-turn Proof Envelope with SO order form or Pack order form or both back to your school. Fill in details in full on form and enclose inside proof envelope. Pay CASH or CHEQUE. No change is given. Take back to your school within 7 days or 5 working days ready for our safe collection service. The date for collection will be pre-arranged but will be the decision of the school. Check with your school for the date of the collection. Your proof envelope will be collected with all the other parent proof envelopes and orders and will then be returned back to your school with all the other parent orders once completed. Please fill in required details on both form and envelope.

 
 

4. Orders ( SO )

SO orders are not available to order online and are only available until the Proof Envelope photo order collection is made. Please complete all details on this side of form. Please re-turn order back to your school within 7 days or 5 working days before our safe collection service is made or full price will need to be paid.

 

5. Orders (Package)

Complete all details and re-turn your order back to school within 7 days or 5 working days before our safe collection service. Please enter the IMAGE REFERENCE NUMBER/S into boxes on form. Packages R U V W & Z are not available to order online so please re-turn these orders back to your school or post order direct to Little Picture Company

 

 

6. Orders Late or Posting direct to Little Picture Company

Complete all details on the A5 form MULTI IMAGE PAYMENT FORM for ENVELOPE BROCHURE found inside Proof Envelope. Enclose CHEQUE payment only. Take a picture of your proofs before posting out to us just in case it gets lost. These are copyright . Cut out proofs from A4 Proof  Envelope Brochure and post with completed form to address on our contact page. Posting the full A4 envelope will cost additional charge for weight and size so check cost at the Post Office before doing this but we will except cutting out of proofs and seding in a smaller envelope. Please add surcharge for Late Orders. In-complete forms, fees or late orders will incure additional late order surcharge. Late orders please allow 30 days.
 

7. Orders Payment options

Online Orders please pay by CREDIT or DEBIT CARD . Orders back to school please pay by CASH or CHEQUE only. Late orders please order online or post a CHEQUE only to address in the contact page.
